Shipping Policy

Order processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location. Some of our products are shipped directly from our international partner warehouses, which is why delivery can take longer than with local retailers. Delays caused by customs, postal services or peak seasons (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas) are possible and outside our control.

Shipping costs
[Free shipping on all orders / Free shipping from CHF XX, otherwise CHF X.XX]. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that tracking information can take a few days to update.

Customs and import fees
[Option A, if you include all fees:] All prices include applicable duties and taxes. You will not pay anything extra on delivery.
[Option B, if not:] Depending on the order value and your country, customs duties, import VAT or handling fees may be charged on delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Incorrect address
Please check your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice a mistake.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days after dispatch, or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email] with your order number (and photos if damaged). We will find a solution together, either a replacement or a refund.
